2.Why my doesn't support 4K, your details write support 4K?
--- The original resolution of our projector is 1080P, play 1080P online through youtube, Netflix and other APPs, and support playback of 4K video from HDMI source, it supports playback of 4K video, it is not the same as being able to adjust the resolution up to 4K, please understand!
3.Why I play video, the sound and picture are not synchronized, there will be a delay?

8.Why is the fan so loud?
-All LED projectors, usually the higher the brightness, the more powerful the fan installed, so the louder the noise, you can try to watch it far away from the projector, which also helps to protect your eyes and you won't notice the fan while watching the movie!
9. Why are there white dots?
---This is normal, nowadays the brightness uniformity of LCD screen in the market is about 65%, so some places are bright and some places are dark, it will be more obvious in the black background, you won't notice it when you watch the movie normally. If you are not satisfied you can replace the LCD screen
10. Blurry picture, not in focus
